Bookings
A booking is a request for a slot. The garage confirms the booking and may contact you if the slot or the work needs to change. Before sending a booking you must read and accept these terms.

Pricing
Fixed prices are the price for that service. Starting prices are a minimum, not a final total. Where a quote is required, we inspect the vehicle first and quote before any work.
Additional work
Any additional time, parts or repairs beyond what you booked will be explained and approved by you before we carry it out.
